3 TIPS to overcome SELF SABOTAGE! Do you listen to that EVIL little voice in your head?!

That voice of doubt…what if you suddenly realized that it’s a LIAR?? How would that make you feel?

When I found this out, my life took a huge turn…and this wasn’t even until recently. I still have my moments, I am human…but I know how to change my thoughts, how to shut that voice up and keep going. The real truth is that these fears and doubts…they are thoughts that come from false, self limiting beliefs.

The only way to change this….is to program more positive beliefs in your mind. How do you do that? For me personally here are three things that REALLY helped:

1.) Positive affitmations (every single day). The practice of positive self talk will builf your self worth and confidence.

2.) Meditate for 10-15 min a day. Even if its just sitting quietly, breathing, or listening to relaxing music. Clearing your MIND will help you FOCUS on what you want, and continue going for it!

3.) Think about past accomplishments and reaffirm to yourself that YOU CAN DO anything.
