At the start of yout business as a Beachbody coach, it can seem like an overwhelming amount of information you are taking in. Here are the steps you need to take, and things you need to learn and do to build and grow your business the fastest way possible. *CONSISTENCY* is key!
You also have your "BACK OFFICE" with tons of training if you log in at TEAMBEACHBODY.com, then click "Coach", then "Coach Online Office". At the top, there is a tab to your right that says "News and Training.
Also, refer to TEAMGOGETTERSTRAINING.com which is Mindy Wenders training site and extremely helpful where you can find lots of resources, calls, webinars, etc. The password is "beherein1year".

As a coach on team Goal Diggerz, we are positive, and passionate about helping others succeed with their health and fitness goals, and in all areas of their life.
We are humble and strive to better ourselves and others every single day. We challenge ourselves by taking ourselves out of our comfort zone, and pursue big dreams and goals that we have in life. We are not afraid to dream big, and motivate and inspire others to do the same.
Our goal and intention is to help others in any way possible, and continue adding value to their lives. We believe in the law of attraction and focus on taking action steps towards our goals each and every day. We are always learning and growing, and taking others on the journey along with us.
We take our business seriously, and know that our success is a reflection of how many people we truly help. We are not quitters, and understand that our efforts and drive will pay off as long as we never give up! We don't sell products, we CHANGE LIVES!
