*  Offer a healthy shopping list with this challenge and free coaching & support.  

 

*  Make sure you enroll each challenger as a Free customer so that you can be assigned their coach incase they become a futer Beachbody challenger or customer.

 

* Have each person check in each day about what they ate, and use the "Challenge Group Guide" to get inspiration or ideas for what to post for these 5 Days!

 

*  After this challenge, you now have a group of people who you can invite to your next Beachbody challenge by letting them know you run longer groups that guarantee results and asking "Would this be something you might be interested in?"

CHALLENGE GROUP IDEAS:

 

There are many ways you can run your challenges, and it is totally up to you how you would like to do this. 

 

I like to schedule my Beachbody Challenges for 30 days and have them start on the first week of every month.  For these groups--everyone is required to purchase a challenge pack (program of choice plus Shakeology) to get a spot in the group. 

 

In addition, I sometimes run smaller/shorter or even free groups just for fun and to build relationships with new people who may be interested in my Beachbody challenges down the road, or just to have something to offer people who are not able to commit to my 30 day challenges, but would still like help.  

 

Below are some ideas for different challenges, some are free, some require purchase of sample packets of Shako, or one month.

 

 

 

** When promoting your challenge groups, always post with a pic that is attention grabbing with your info on it.  Feel free to use the photos provided, but make sure you edit them with your own LINK on it.  Some great photo editing apps on iPhone are "Pic Lab", "Over", "Word Swag"

*  Have each participant purchase 7 Shakeology sample packets from you for $49 (to cover the cost plus shipping) at least 7 business days prior to the start of the challenge.  Set up a PayPal account and have them send you money through there and mail out their order.

 

* Post a Shakeology recipe for each day of the week and have your challengers share some of their own that they try.

 

*  Offer a healthy shopping list with this challenge and free coaching & support.  

 

*  Make sure you enroll each challenger as a Free customer so that you can be assigned their coach incase they become a futer Beachbody challenger or customer.

 

* Share a healthy recipe or clean eating tip each day and have each person check in each day about what they ate.

 

*  After this challenge, you now have a group of people who you can invite to your next Beachbody challenge by letting them know you run longer groups that guarantee results and asking "Would this be something you might be interested in?"

* 7 DAY SHAKEOLOGY Challenge-

* This group includes free coaching, a 7 day sample meal plan (find one to share or create your own sample), healthy shopping list, and clean eating recipes, and diet/fitness tips.

 

* Have each person check in each day about what they ate, and share motivation

 

* Get to know your challengers in the group by asking questions, finding out their goals, and struggles, etc.

 

*  After this challenge, you now have a group of people who you can invite to your next Beachbody challenge by letting them know you run longer groups that guarantee results and asking "Would this be something you might be interested in?"

* 30 DAY BEACHBODY CHALLENGE-  (think of a creative name you would like to call your challenges. [ex.- 30 Day Slimdown, or Bikini Body Challenge, etc])  POST about your challenges with a pic that will get a lot of attention/likes-- before and after pics are great!!  If not your own, use one from others who have done these programs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

Each challenger must purchase a Challenge Pack (program + Shakeology) from you to be eligable to enter this challenge.  Use the 5 STEP invite process and help them choose a program they like based on their goals.

 

* This group includes full workout program, meal guide, 30 day free team beachbody membership with custom meal plans, free coaching from you, first month of Shakeology, AND accountability for 30 days (or however long you wish to make it) in your private, exclusive FB group.

 

* Have each person check in each day about what they ate, what they did for their workout, and share motivation.  Use the 30 Day CHALLENGE GUIDE for inspiration.

 

* Get to know your challengers in the group by asking questions, finding out their goals, and struggles, etc. and talk to them about personal development as well as how to make this a lifestyle.

 

*  During this challenge, pay attention to those who are most enthusiastic and posting often, sharing tips, helping others---those are the people who would make great coaches, and you can then reach out to them asking "Have you ever considered.... (becomming a coach, doing what I do, hosting your own challenge, etc)?
