DAY 1- WELCOME TO THE TEAM!

 

I have put together this 14 Day Training to help everyone get started right, and learn the vital things that will lead you to success in your business.   I have put together videos from many other coaches for this training so you have several leaders to learn from!  ** MAKE SURE you watch the VIDEO for each day! ***

Day 2-  WHERE DO I START?

 

One of the BEST things about starting your business as a Beachbody coach is that you are NOT in this alone! We have TONS of resources available to us in our Back office, as well as from other Top coaches in the business that are there to help US succeed!

Day 3- WHAT ARE THE 3 VITAL BEHAVIORS??

 

The 3 Vital Behaviors are VITAL because these are the things we must do each and everyday if you want to be successful as a coach and build a successful business. These are just 3 SIMPLE things that if you do them consistently over time, you can quit your job, do more of what you love, and help thousands of people along the way.

 

ASSIGNMENTS:

 

What is your "WHY", or reason for wanting to become a coach?  (more time, freedom, income, time with fam, doing something rewarding, to pay off debt, etc)  and what do you hope to achieve with

your business?

 Day 4-  ALWAYS work from a LIST

 

Make your List. You are going to need to work from a list to stay on track and organized. While you are inviting people daily, work from your list of names, and continue adding to your list as you continue to build relationships.

 

Start by making your list of 100 names. Think about *everyone* you know, friends, family, co workers, people you went to school with or worked with in the past. Go through your FB Friends and write them down. Go through your list and highlight 10-20 people that you can reach out to first who you know may be interested in either doing a challenge, or the business opportunity.

DAY 5- Social media will BUILD your business!

 

The most successful coaches build their business on social media. We have the ability to help thousand of people via the internet. The main social media sites you want to be on are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.  Be sure to be consistent with your daily posts (2-3x a day).

 

Get to know people, their goals, ask questions, and see if there is a way that you can help them either by getting them in a challenge group, or sharing the coaching business opportunity.  First and

foremost, focus on adding value to others. Share what you are doing and lead by example.

* Post a question from the "Facebook Example Posts" document (in files section of the GOAL DIGGERz Facebook Group) on your page to get some engagement and interaction.

Day 6- Personal Development = SUCCESS

 

I can not even begin to tell you HOW IMPORTANT Personal development is if you want to be

successful with your FITNESS *AND* BUSINESS goals...and well, ANY area of your life for that matter.

It all starts from working on YOURSELF first. Personal Development is going to help you over come any doubts, and fears that hold you back from things, and it will help you GROW into the person you need to be to be successful. DO NOT skip out on this -- its CRUCIAL to helping you live a fulfilling life and succeeding in your business.

 

ASSIGNMENTS:

 

* Choose a Personal Development book or audio and start today. Commit to reading 10 pages a day, or listening to 15-30 min of audio (on your way to and from work). Please share what book you are going to start with.

Day 7-  Challenge Groups are how we coach others

 

Today, we are going to go over -- HOW TO RUN CHALLENGE GROUP. Challenge groups are the way you are going to build and grow your business and your team. These are a great way to help others, and find people who may be GREAT coaches on your team. There are many ways you can run your challenge groups, and the great thing about these is that its totally up to you how you want to do it. Get creative and make it fun and engaging.

There are TONS of example challenge posts in your back office under the "Business" tab, then "sales and marketing" then "challenge groups"> "challenge group guides". Use this for inspiration and make it your own.

 

** SET A DATE for your groups ahead of time so that you have at least 3 weeks to promote it and get people set up. I like to have mine the first week of each month, and you guys ALL are more then welcome to help me run mine and add your people to them.

 

** HOST A FREE CHALLENGE. This is also a great way to meet people and build relationships. You can host a few clean eating challenge, a free 5 days ab challenge, 3 day shakology challenge etc etc. You can do anything you would like and find content to share from Pinterest (I like finding inspiration on there). Share recipes, workouts, tips, motivation etc. These people may want to join your Beachbody challenge once you build that trust and rapport.

* Set a date for your first group, or let me know if you would like to run my next group together. Remember-- I run my groups the first week of each month and I would be more then happy to have some of you help me with my groups!!

Day 8 - WHAT to DO during your "BUSINESS TIME" aka your "POWER HOUR"

 

How are you guys doing?? Sorry I did not get to post yesterdays training. But if there is ONE thing that I would consider MOST important, its THIS! Your Power Hour TO DO list. These are the things that if done CONSISTENTLY, will bring you HUGE success in your business!

 

Write this on a dry erase board or note pad where you will see it every single day when you work on your business. We have 3 VITAL behaviors to do each day, and this breaks those things down for you and will help you with what you should be focusing on and doing during the time you put aside to work on your business. This is something I was SO unorganized with in the beginning, and once I started focusing on the little things I needed to do each day, my business took a huge turn and I started to make a LOT of progress moving forward.

 

If you treat this like a "hobby", you will be paid like a hobby. If you treat your business like a real million

dollar business that it can be-- then you will build an amazing life for yourself and grow into an amazing leader. Here are the things you should be doing in your POWER HOUR.

DAY 9- How to BUILD RELATIONSHIPS

 

Today we will learn * How to build relationships, and F.O.R.M.

 

F.O.R.M. is a simple acronym used for building relationships. It stands for Family, Occupation, Recreation, Message. When you are adding new people to your network, stay INTERESTED rather then interesting. You want to focus on THEM and ask questions. Ask them questions about family, about what they do for a living, about what they do for fun, what their interests are.  Finally, when you get to know them-- deliver your message, tell them what you do. Invite them to a challenge by simply asking one of the following:

 

"Hey, I've been meaning to ask you.. I am getting my next fitness challenge group started in a couple weeks and would love to have you be part of it. Would this be something you might be interested in?"

 

"Hey ___, I dont know if this is for you or not, but I thought maybe you could help. I am looking for 5 new people who want to lose some weight and/or build core strength over the next 60 days to be part of my fitness challenge. Would you or anyone you know be interested?"

 

*** When FIRST messaging someone new-- I usually start with an ICEBREAKER like this:

 

"Hey ______, thank you so much for the add! I saw you in ____ group and wanted to connect.  I love connecting with positive, like minded people and share lots of fitness tips, motivation and fun on my pages. Would love to get more acquainted. What do you do and where are you from?"

 

...This opens up the convo and gets it started. 9 out of 10 times they respond well to this for me.

DAY 10- Treat your business like a business

 

The most IMPORTANT thing you should be doing throughout your business is -- Plug into at least 1-2 trainings each week. This can be the National Wake up call, a webinar, recorded call from any other coach or top coaches, coach training youtube videos. You can search pretty much anything you want to know about working as a coach and there will most likely be a video of it.

DAY 11- GET TO EMERALD RANK in 30 DAYS -- Make this your first GOAL!

 

EMERALD RANK = FREE LEADS!!  Becomming Emerald is the first MILESTONE you will make in your business, and pretty much means you are taking this serious and growing a team.  When you become Emerald Rank, Beachbody rewards you by sending you FREE customers and their commision on their orders-- these are people who order the programs either from TV, or the beachbody site without going through a coach.  Everyone is assigned to a coach, and it is then our job to reach out to them via email and connect with them/help them on their journey.  Sometimes these customers may even end up wanting to join your team and become a coach as well!  I try to get them all into a challenge group and connect on social media.

 

You can become Emerald fast and easy by helping just TWO people get started as a coach.  These 2 people can be people you are close with (husband/bf and a close friend or relative) that want to work on their health and fitness.  They will save 25% as a coach, and are not required to work the business unless they want to.  All you need to do is have 2 *ACTIVE* coaches under you and you will become emerald as long as you are "Active" yourself.  Being "Active" just means that they are on Shakeology.  Here is a video explaining a bit more.  :-)

DAY 12-  PRESENTING the Coaching opportunity..

 

HOW TO PRESENT THE BIZ. This can be scary when you are a brand new coach, and I totally felt the same way when I first started. The great thing about Beachbody is that we do not have to know it all or do ALL the talking. It is even ok for them to know that you too have recently started this and even consider sharing your own goals as a coach and other coaches success stories.

 

All we have to do when presenting the business is--simply INVITE people to learn about the 

opportunity, and SHARE information-- (Invite them to a "What is Coaching call", "Share a short video explaining the opp share a detailed webinar. Ask them that way they prefer to learn more about this, would they prefer a shor vid explanation, a call, or something detailed?

 

INVITE them to a SNEAK PEEK to coaching group--- I am going to run one 1-2 times a month and you can add people to it, just let me know, OR I will share the exact posts I share in my Sneak Peek and you can create your own! Everything is here for you to succeed, if you ever need help, just ask me!!

Day 13- HIT Success club every single month!

 

SUCCESS CLUB basically means you help at least 3 people get started on their health and fitness journey each month.  This is a GREAT goal to have because it shows that you are really helping others and growing your business.  There are SO many incentives for hittins Success Club 5 and Success Club 10 ---- FREE leads, bonues from Beachbody, PAID VACATIONS, and more!  Make this your goal each month and you will see many things come of it!  

 

Hitting Success Club is easy.. you get 2 Success Club points for every Challenge Pack sale, and 1 Success Club point for every Shakeology HD.  So all you need to hit Success Club 5 each month is to help at least 2 people get started with a Challenge Pack, and at least 1 person with Shakeology HD.

Day 14- Getting your new coaches started right

 

HOW TO GET YOUR COACHES STARTED RIGHT-- Building a team is how you are really going to grow your business and increase your income. The bigger your team and the more people you help become successful as a coach, the more you will be REWARDED from Beachbody.

 

You do not make money off of the people you sponsor as coaches, but Beachbody will pay you bigger BONUSES based on your TEAM Volume, so its important to know how to get your new coaches started and started right! I am

going to be here to help you especially when you are first starting to build your team.

 

1.) Send your new coaches the Welcome email that I sent you (tweak it if needed) and have them get started with the Coach Training Academy in their back office at TeamBeachbody.com. Have a GSR call with them (Getting started right call) and find out their goals as a coach. There is more info and training on this in your back office. 

 

2,) Be there for them especially in the beginning and if you need MY help-- I am here for you to help them get started especially in the beginning until you get used to working your business

 

3.) Plug them into the Team Pages on FB (Goal Diggerz team page, Crushin it Crew, and NEW NAME: Coach Success) and introduce them with a Pic and little about them to make them feel welcomed and show them that they are PART of a TEAM environment where we are all here to help one another.
